Planning Notes:
It’s important to determine the correct volume of food needed. Typically, guests have mainstream appetites, so we recommend an average of 1/3rd pound of meat per person and 7oz of sides per person. Volumes of food needed for groups with larger or smaller appetites are determined by our consultation call.
We recommend balancing the volume of each menu item, based on the popularity of the menu choices you select, i.e. 10lbs meat = 6lbs Brisket, and 4lbs Pulled Pork, etc.

You have a choice of wedding services, i.e. delivery, full service, etc.
Menu choices include small plates, full buffet, hors-d’oeuvres service, plated dinner, and more.
Bar choices include Full Bar, Beer Wine and Set Cocktails, or Beer and Wine Only. Service options include Open Bar, Cash Bar, or Hybrid of Cash for the first hour and the cash thereafter.

We have partnered our extensive catering experience, with everything from small plates to full-service buffets, full bars with a bartender, to beer and wine, to perfectly fit your needs and to complete the Ultimate Experience. We offer an exclusive menu to our Trailergating customers. Whatever the occasion, Trailergating and Crazy Good BBQ brings the good times, food and drink for the perfect experience:

Introductory Price for a group of 50 to party with a trailer and a full buffet, would be approximately $75 per person, subject to availability.

Setup
On site professional staff will provide buffet service, chafing dishes, food signs, buffet replenishing, package leftovers, buffet and kitchen clean up.
Your order includes delivery in Cambro hot-holding units and full setup of food, dinnerware, utensils, and serving stations on the buffet—everything arranged for a smooth, stress-free event.
